The problem I'm having is with intercom, I can hear the passeger speak to me but the passenger cannot hear when I speak, I can hear myself in my ear phones. I have changed the outlets and the headsets front to rear and rear to front the problem doesn't change. My dealer thinks it might be the wiring harness. Any information would be welcome. I did the install of the system. Thanks in advance.

I had this issue a while back and the problem was with the wire from the jack to the helmet. Are you running the Victory headsets or J&M?

Victory headset, I have switched headsets and the problem stays with the driver connection, have replaced one headset already and still same problem.

Trying to help you save money. Have you had the dealer make sure the ALL the radio components are flashed to the latest firmware? The harness cable is only $60, but what if it isn't that?

I'll check on the reflash of the radio, it's at the shop getting the exhaust remap for the S1L2 pipes
Thanks

When it says Intercom on the display push the + side of the volume control on the switch on the trunk.

FYI check the switch. Mine was not connected to the harness by the expert installer at the dealer that went out of business!

IIts pretty much trial and error. The only thing you can do besides what you have done is remap the radio and cb. If that doesn't work it should be in the audio accessory harness. I have replaced many components on these audio systems. I personally think they are junk and they tried to shove too many wires into these little plugs. That's was another thing that pushed me toward the 8ball so I could do my own audio setup

I'm just hoping someone would have run into this before and not have to do the old trial & error method
Thanks
