Winter #3
Not out riding just yet. I store my ride in a nieghbors garage as they are south for the winter. Non heated garage, parked middle of October, turned key off and left, December pulled Ipod out, went today melting nicley but wont be riding for a while as there is still two feet of snow in the back yard! Just needed to hear the V-Twin rumble. Inserted key, turned to the right, hit the start button...... rolled over a bit slow how ever fired right up. No battery tender....no disconecting the battery for the winter.... no throwing a charger on battery. Stock battery, 3 rd winter storage, be riding my fourth summer. I have never had a battery charge problem. I dread having to replace my battery as I know I will not get another battery as good!

That sounds great!

I would however put it on a charger before starting it up after such a long sit. Low batteries have been the blame of wrecking havoc on electronics.

Hope your riding days come soon...
