We've gotten word from author Neale Bayly that his article/video on Riding to Sturgis with Chris Calaprice will be a headlining story at Speed tomorrow. An Article will also appear in an upcoming month's Ultimate Motorcycling.

On a side note,
I was lucky enough to be on Victory's Press ride in Gateway, Co last summer and rode to Sturgis with the group mentioned in the video. The scenery and ride were magical. Riding a big cruiser at highway speeds on the twisty gravel roads was both thrilling and terrifying. You can see some of my photos from the trip here. I was also lucky enough to meet and ride with Chris Calaprice. He has a unmistakable serenity about him that rubs off on you and makes you feel good and not sweat the small stuff in life. Let's face it, just about everything is small stuff when compared to what Chris deals with everyday.

Check him out at http://www.road2acure.org/

it does take things sometime in life to learn not to sweat the small stuff. It is a lesson I'm learning way to late in life, and I've not even had tradegy strike as with Chris. I'll get the Divo going and make sure I don't miss it! Thanks a million for making us aware of the program Jeff!

By the way, did you trade up your 8-ball for a lehman I see in the background, you're not that old yet...??? (just yankin' your chain)

durag off to Chris...

Well it looks like instead of being a segment on Speed TV, its a top story on their website: http://motorcycling.speedtv.com/motorcycling-lifestyles/

Sorry for the confusion. I too was led to believe it would be on tv. Sorry guys.

Typical for SPEED, it seems that if it isn't NASCAR or NASCAR related (I really don't care to watch yet another cooking show, let alone how to cook chicken over a grill in the pits, I know how to grill chicken for pete's sake!) or MotoGP or Motocross (I hate both), or that dumb 'Pass Time' drag racing game show with that irritating loudmouth Brett Whateverhisfaceis then SPEED isn't interested. as far as SPEED goes, once Formula 1 is done for the season, I'm done with SPEED Channel. I've sent several e mails asking them to cover Speedway Races @ Edison in Orange County CA. Which runs every Friday night, year round, I figure they could produce for what they find by going through the couch cushions, it's like yelling down the drain pipe. Part of the plan for NBC now that they are part of COMCAST is to make SPEED look like the knitting channel in a few years.

No problemo Jedi. I just took a shot at it and now have now recorded something on the Super Bra. Nope it wasn't for the front of a Vision from what I can tell.....
