This past weekend was the first in months in the Western Washington area where we had nice, sunny days, above freezing daytime temps, and three major vehicle/rider accidents, two fatal. The non fatal was a rider struck by a pick up that was merging onto the road from an on ramp. the two fatals were a rider 'pushing' a red light and losing to an SUV, and a crash between a pick up and a rider.
Since gas is shooting thru the stratosphere, I know we are all plotting how to ride more and use the cage less. The sheep aren't aware of you, so I at least, plan on hitting the nearest 'Park and Plunder' transit lot and spending several hours re learning my skills and reaction times lost over the long winter.
