Southern Maine | I experienced a loud noise from the starter area 3 or 4 times last season while starting. It was very random when it happened and I have not been able to duplicate it. It is a knock/bang/snapping type noise, the bike always starts, good cranking speed, no grinding/squeal or other noises. Every time it happens I wonder if it will start next time. Anybody else ever experience this?
