Posts: 599 New Mexico | Don't normally wear a helmet, but with the cold weather I bought a full-face to help keep my head warm. Found it was fogging real bad, so looked into a few solutions and found 'FogCity ProShield' insert. Sticks/attaches to the face shield. Started using a few months ago, and has been working great! Temps to the teens with no problems. No fogging, no real issues. Only slight issue is due to the lack of airflow (not complaining) there is a very slight visual distortion at low speeds, but hardly noticable.
I recommend this product for a $20 solution.

Posts: 284 mansfield, MA United States | I ride all year and this time of year it's often below 32 deg when I'm going to work. I have a full face helmet but had to keep it cracked open to keep it from fogging up. I stopped on the way home last week and picked up Anti-Fog insert and WOW what a difference. It works really well! I have only had it for a week but I keep my helmet closed now and stay warm. I have a Shoei helmet. I meet the Shoei rep at the NY bike show and asked him what I should use and he told me this would work. It did! |
