My wife and I love to travel 2 up on my 2009 Vision. While we have made some 6 day trips packing only what we could get in trunk and saddlebags, we decided that with just a little bit more room, she'd be able to take a few extra changes of clothes and actually have room for a pair of shoes that weren't her biker boots. We also enjoy tent camping, so a trailer seems to make sense. After reading many reviews, we decided on the Uni-Go. It's not the largest one out there, but it doesn't need to be. All indications are that it tracks like it's not even there. They used to manufactured in New Zealand, but some folks purchased the company and were based out of Ohio. http://www.uni-go.com
These guys survived a fire, which slowed communications and production pipeline. Production has now moved to Florida and they have a 6-8 wk leadtime. I really had troubles actually contacting them from the info on the web site, which is part of the reason I am posting this. If anyone is interested in one of these trailers, you won't have much luck contacting the folks in Ohio (Schoolhouse Motorcycle Accessories). I did find out today that one of the distributors has become a part owner and he is accessible: The Good Guys Powersports Mike Feldbauer 55Black Alder Dr. Palm Coast, FL 32137 Phone: 401-864-6997 Fax: 586-314 4664 Email: info@goodguyspowersports.com Web Site: www.goodguyspowersports.com I think a couple of guys on these boards have one. I just like the concept and styling. As you can tell, I'm excited and cant wait till spring to go on my first trip.
