Columbia, SC | My key fits in the bag's locks very smoothly, but putting it in the ignition is like a little mini-fight each day. Nothing serious, just a whole lot of jiggling and pushing for about 15 seconds before it goes in. However this bike I just bought in December.
I know the lock cylinders WILL wear at some point and it'll be easier, but how long? It's, well, annoying.

New Mexico | Similar problem. A little graphite or WD-40 should fix you right up. Every time you change your oil.

New Bohemia, Va | grease 'er up. I use graphic dry spray on it regularly. Yeah, I have to fight it but win quickly. |

| rub a little wax on the key before you insert it the next time. It gets dirty because it sticks upward and you push dirt in. A little wax or drop of 30 weight oil will have the key slippin right in. |

Jasper, MO | Sounds like a little gunk might have gotten into your ignition lock. It happens. Try a little Lock Ease or similar graphited lock fluid.

| sounds a bit odd, but, you could try flipping the key over. There are teeth on top and bottom of the key and sometimes it fits better one way. |

| same here on my 2010.... after 10 months its gotten smoother but it is still giggle giggle to get it to go... Gives her some personsality. She wont turn over for just anybody  |
