Doing 10,000 mile service already! 10 months, average of 1000 per month. Definitely getting my money out of this toy :-)

Did have some problems getting the new air filter in. Old one out & in several times with no problem. Made sure the tabs were in the top slots. Had to eventually shave off approx 1/16" of bottom rubber, but got it in.

Ok, here is a complaint I am happy to have: For 25 years in Seattle I had at least 6 months a year to maintain, modify, tinker, etc. I learned to always take advantage of a ride when the sun was out. Yardwork, roof repair, etc could wait for crappy weather, of which there was an abundance, so everything got done.
Here in New Mexico the sun is always out, so am riding every day! I have to squeeze in time for basic maintenance, let alone ' bike projects'. My yard is a mess, I need to patch/paint the house, and I haven't been golfing in almost a year!

And yet, I'm still smiling

you have to set your priorities. Let the old lady's boyfriend do all that house stuff.
