So Cal | Decided to try and track down a rattle I noticed on hard accel and over rough roads. Fully expected to find a couple of connectors flopping around under the dash. Removed the dash. There were two connectors near the handlebars but nothing was touching.
Hitting a dead end, I decided to pull the plugs just to see how they were running (blamed for stalling in another thread). When I grabbed the rear plugwire it slapped against the plastic bodywork. I took a zip tie and loosely tied it to a vent pipe under the dash. My rattle is gone!!!  |
