| thanks Jeff, sounds like a great hat. The fact that it can be a 3/4 and fullface makes it a one of a kind. called revzilla and they say the Cardo q2 works well with the Evolines. Time to buy! |

Posts: 189 Baltimore, Md | Revzilla usually knows their stuff - but - last year I looked at the Shark locally and the fit around the area where the internal speakers go was very limited from what I could tell. I even brought a set of slim speakers with me to see and it looked so tight that I didn't buy it. The helmet itself was very comfortable and I liked it. But I was buying to fit an audio system in and it just didn't seem like it would work well - at least without modification and possible cutting. Since then I have purchased a set of Ultimate Ears 700 in-ear headphones and they are terrific. I have 3 helmets, including a fully wired Schuberth C3 and the best sound is from the Ultimate Ears. The other advantage of Ultimate ears is being able to use them with virtually any helmet, so you can buy what you like or switch between helmets easily with no liner removal, etc.

Posts: 112 Denver, Iowa | Do you have a supplier to get the Shark Evoline? It seems like everyone that has been dealing them is selling them out. J&P Cycles, Tucker Rocky, and more. I love the idea behind the helmet, but I can't find a large black Evoline. I'm sure I'm not looking hard enough. I wanted to get a brain-bucket that can get some air to my face, so I don't fry so bad, behind the fairing on my Nesstervision. |

Posts: 804 Perry Hall, MD | Bob's BMW had them as well. Only negative comment I have heard was concerning the weight, but that same person told me that he has used it on some long hauls and wasn't bothered by it. The Scorpion 900 might be worth looking at as well. I'm still trying to decide between them. |

A little cold on chilly days though, it doesn't have a neck skirt. I guess one wouldn't work with the mechanics of nesting on the backside. I just remember to wear a neck sock.
I wouldn't buy any other helmet now! Love the built in retractable shade visor too. |

| My wife and I were looking at these, and they just didn't quite fit my head. I hated not buying it because I liked the features, but it was heavy. I think it's more for round headed people. We ended up with $500 Shoei's and they are awesome. Unbelievably comfortable. The Scala Rider G4 fits great. If you have a Cycle Gear store nearby, they will special order helmets for you and let you try them on there in the store. If you buy a helmet, you have 7 days to take it back and exchange it. |

I have the J&M headsets installed and they work great. I installed them myself. It is not hard - you have to cut a little of the foam from the ear areas to allow the installation of the speakers but it is not that hard. |

Posts: 1158 Richmond, Virginia | I had to pull some forehead padding back and trim back a slight bit of the styrofoam under it. It pressed into my forehead and became a sore spot after about 15 minutes of riding. After I trimmed the edge off the angle of the styrofoam, it fits and works great. I also had no problem putting my chatterbox
intercom system into the helmet. Plenty of room and easy addition. YES i would buy it again. It looks as unusual and cool as the Vision does, which is what drew me to the helmet. |

Posts: 104 Corona, CA | Jeffmack - does the Sena smh10 unit filter out the background noise ?
I have the top of the line J&M headsets in my Shark and my wife's HJC IS-16 and the back ground noise drowns out everything when we use the intercom. |

| Nozzledog....Sena's can be charged while used.
Team.....Yes the Sena's cancel out the background noise.
i researched over and over and over it seems, and talked to 3 diff customer serv guys at Revzilla (they always seem to have great advice) They eased my concerns, sounds like Sena's are top notch as far as the comms go. Webikeworld has a great review and comparision of all the comms

you can get a lot of answers from their many videos and reviews of the comms |
