I have issues with my helmet fogging up and I can't see what I hit when it is below about 45 degrees. Any suggestions from cold weather riders? Riding in the 40's really isn't that bad otherwise even though I don't have heated riding gear.

For cold weather riding I have found two great ways to fight a fogging visor...
1) I swapped my standard visor for a snow-mobile visor, that alone makes a huge difference. I'll switch back come spring.
2) I also purchased a snow-mobile breath deflector for my helmet. It simply attaches with velcro to the existing helmet liner.
The added bonus is the warmth of my breath under the lid.
Hope this helps...thinking about hitting the 8 degree roads this afternoon.
