San Antonio, TX | Like normal I have taken the Vision to work all week. I do not think that the temp has went over 55 degrees since Monday and it has been down to 33 degrees.
Yesterday a new employee in my department asked me, "Do you even own a car?"
I said "Not a car but I do have a Chevy Trailblazer, Why do you ask?"
He just could not understand why anyone would WANT to ride a motorcycle on these cold weather days.

New Bohemia, Va | I get that asked a lot, especially on the rainy days. However, I feel I have moved into the true biker status, though my name is on two 4 wheel vehicles. One is a Jeep Liberty that is soley in my name, but I bought it for my wife when I got my Victory. (Give me Liberty, and you can have your Vision...) Then I needed a car because my cherokee died on me so I got a convertible PT Cruiser, however, she has her name on the title and she has taken that from me. I can't sell the Jeep, it is hers but she will let me drive it. I can't touch the PT Cruiser unless she is in it.
So I have my ship and all her flags are a flyin', she is all that I have left, and Vision is her name....

Perry Hall, MD | It's something that someone like that would never understand.
I'm not sure that I could get tired of visiting the Grand Canyon, one of the original seven wonders of the world, but there are those who ask why? To them it's just a big hole in the ground. Pretty sad.
Now with the Vision there are eight wonders of the world and how lucky are we to be able to appreciate the experience. To know that, we also realize that the better question is - Why wouldn't you want to ride on ANY day? . Besides - 33 degrees is pretty darn warm! |

Brighton, TN | People get it just not in motorcycle context. Ask them if they had a choice to do something, say like breathing, they would do whatever it took to take another breath, that's how we came up with trachioectomy (you know what I'm talking about.) It's addiction like everything else in life, if it wasn't an addiction, it wouldn't give you such great pleasure to do the item that you so crave to do, like breathing. It's funny how everything that a person deems enjoyable or gets great pleasure out of is often called an addiction, but the things in life you don't enjoy and don't give you pleasure are called WORK!
