Check it out for yourself and see if you don't see a Vegas or a Jackpot look.

Rocker has been out for a few years now. Not even close. Like calling a Hummer a Yugo. Go see one in person.
I think the Rocker is their best looking bike.

I don't follow harley, but when I saw a picture of the Rocker it seems to be a take off from what Victory has been doing for years, even before 2008 when it seems the rocker hit the scene. Obvisiously it is not a big hit as I've not seen even one on the road and never knew they existed until I read this article. Excuse the old news...

Looks Vegas-ish to me also, but in a under-powered sorta way! Gotta admit, HD makes some cool "looking" bikes, but I don't just sit and look at mine... I ride her.

I don’t think Victory played that much into it.  My take would be that the Duce was replaced with the more aggressive Rocker in response to the custom bike craze in 2003 - 2007. Victory was already positioned with an aggressive custom bike just when the craze hit, and it really helped their market share.

The Vegas was received well at a time when that type of bike was plastered all over cable TV reality shows.  If the Vegas didn’t exist at that specific time, there is a good chance Victory would not be doing as well as they are today.

I can tell you, I got my Vegas in that time frame because it was a much better bike than the Duce (for much less money), but if Victory didn’t show those ads on American Thunder at that time I would be a HD guy right now.

Life is all about timing.

I have to agree with a few of the others......it doesn't look like a Victory to me. Victory looks MUCH nicer. The rocker does remind me of my old Kawasaki 800 Drifter the way the rear fender moves with the wheel. If youv'e ever followed one, then you know how different it looks.

I like that. Going to hell with the joke:
Harley is the centerfold of motorcycles, Victory is the Playmate.
