Posts: 2118 Pitt Meadows, BC Canada | I went out with some friends last night and tied one on. I got really drunk. Knowing that I was wasted, I did something that I have never done before. I took the bus home.
I arrived safe and warm, which seemed really surprising as I have never driven one before.

| some guys here have started this service you call them and two guys come to the bar one drives and one drives your car home all for $38 better then a free ride in a cop car.
Now you'll have one more thing to put on your resume. One eye Bus driver |

The other night I was out with the wife for dinner and had 4 quick drinks and I also did something I had never done before - handed her the car keys!
Ride safe guys. |

| Another little trick is calling a Tow company. They can take you and your car (or bike) home, and if you have AAA, it might just be free.

Tried that - ONCE The bus thing is just a joke, folks! I have driven them often - and well. ESPECIALLY when drunk. And over my lifetime I have known a number of professional bus drivers (not me - I never got paid) in the city of Vancouver. They ALL drove bus - stoned most of the time, and occasionally drunk. Hell, the cops I knew were like that. Life back then was a kinder, gentler age .... seems to be frowned upon nowadays. |

Posts: 166 Bullhead City, AZ | My cousin is a paramedic and was called to a bar after a fight and an overly drunk patron thought it was a good plan to drive her ambulance home with all the lights going. Police had no problem fallowing him home. |
