I live south of Richmond, VA and you would be welcome to leave it at my place. PM me if it will work for you. |

Posts: 2118 Pitt Meadows, BC Canada | Marcel - please go to your profile and put some more information in - "Near the candian border" sounds like you are somewhere in South America. In that case, you probably don't NEED car and trailer to go to 'virginia'.
In fact, in 'april' you wouldn't need a car and trailer to go from anyplace in CANADA near the border to Virginia. And VISIONS don't belong on trailers....
And DO go and see Cap'n Nemo when you get there - be worth the entire trip!

Sorry - I guess you are 'texting' your stuff here - hard to read in 'all lower text' - gotta remember us 'Old Farts' when 'ya enter stuff. When you misspelled CANADA and your name is MARCEL - I figured you to be from that 'other' country.... Sorry. Goshdarn, it's hard getting older. |

Most will be more than happy to let you do it.At least in georgia they will.many of my friends from up north have done it at our local Troopers post. |

| If you really want some good riding and great scenery, friendly people and great food, come to Arkansas. The northern part of the state is fantastic. Branson, Missouri is a great place to stay as well as Eureka Springs, AR. Hot Springs is more central, but it's a great spot as well. Google these and I bet you'll be tempted. Very biker friendly. I ride up there every chance I get and always meet the coolest people, including other Victory riders.
I live in the Central part, about 30 minutes east of Hot Springs, close to the capital city of Little Rock. I've got plenty of space to keep your car and trailer. |

We have done the same from Fargo and gone south in early spring. We picked an area on the map that looked good. Then checked Dex.com for a campground in the area. Called them and they were happy to allow the pickups and trailers to be parked in their overflow area for a few days and the cost was next to nothing. At worked out quite well for us a few times.
Good Luck!

Posts: 52 Fort Covington, NY | Thanks everyone for all the information and offers to park car and trailer. I hoping the weather is warm in April for I don't have to trailer. I only have 7 t 8 days so we (my wife and I) are going to travel about 1000 miles each way. Looking for warm weather to enjoy and try to get thawed from northern NY winter. |
