| I love simple solutions like this. Two things. When closed, how well to they stop air and water? How well do the stay closed, or did you have to make modifications to keep them closed at speed? |

I am sure any CAT dealer will be able to hook you up, as I believe he said they were for a CAT Haul Truck. |

Posts: 164 Quad Cities, IL | I am curious about this mod also. Do you have lower air-deflectors too...or was this an alternate to making that that investment. I have lower air deflectors which I think do a great job, but am curious about the added benefits of the louvers, if any. Appreciate you sharing this mod, I love the creativity of those on these forums!

Posts: 803 Perry Hall, MD | You might want to check out the following thread for some additional info on similar mod that SongFan installed. Others have also cut away part of the fairing to increase airflow, but of course there is no way to close that for cold or wet weather riding. It is amazing how many great ideas people on here will come up with.
