I picked up my new 2011 Victory Vision on Friday and started to hook up my gps. I am looking for a power source that would come on with the key. The wires on the 2011 seem different then my 2008. On the 2008 I had it wired to the CB cable. That outlet is not there on the 2011. Dose anyone have a recommendation on a good easy power source?

I'm not sure whether they changed it again on the 11 but for the 10 they changed the GPS connector. If you look under your dash to the right and you find a 5-pin connector that looks like the one in the picture there is a good chance the GPS hookup on the 11 is like the 10.
I'll find the pinout for you.

Here's the pinout. Please be aware that this is the pic from the manual, which has this connector mislabaled:
P2 is P1 and vice-versa.

Red is +12V, BK/WH is gnd
Gy/Bu is audio (-)
Bu/Or is right channel (+)
Bu/Pk is left channel (+)

I only have 112 miles on her so far. I picked it up on Friday. Im trying to keep the rpm's below 2500 for untill 500miles. It was in the mid 20's thismorning when I headed out so I was really nervice over doing it. The oil is thicker in cold weather. This thing is a monster. It wants to go!!!! MOM south really did a good job on it. And I love the sound of the D&D pipes! More to come.
