Posts: 366 Albuquerque, NM | Anyone have any purchasing experiences with this company? They were the first site that popped up on a google vic part number search. I ordered a part for my vision and can't get them to reply to my phone/email messages for shipping status on my order which was placed over a week ago. |

| I don't know how you paid for your part I'am guessing a credit card. Call your credit card company and stop payment. |

Posts: 366 Albuquerque, NM | I finally got someone on the phone thanks to your link varyder. The link listed the number to the showroom floor and not customer service. The guy let me know the part was on back order and would ship dec 10. He apologized for someone not contacting me so I'll wait and see. I will post a response on my purchasing experience with them. They advertise the lowest price for vic parts. Cost plus shipping ends up to be about the same as dealer price minus state tax. Thanks for the responses! |
