Most of you guy's know me for doing my stereo write up for the Vision. I had my Vision in a Fall show at my local Harley/Victory dealership last night. Yes my dealer has both. I had it entered in 2 classes 1) Victory class and I took 3rd place. 2) Loud Stereo and took 1st place beating a Harley with a HAWG wired system. Just another way Vision's have beaten Harley's. I am loving it. Afterward the Harley guy (I know him he's in my HOG group) came over shook my hand and said well let me hear what the jugde did, so I cranked it and he said "sweet". A perfect end to my day.

lil vic, I have a 2008 Vision Tour Prem. It has S/1 L/1 exhaust and K&N filter. The sound system I up-graded. You can view that in the Vision Tech Reference section I did a whole write up there on how to do the job. Dain

Sometimes it feels like my love for the VV is like my love for Linux. It keeps winning, but always gets caveats.

The VV outperforms the HD in every measure.... but we are uncomfortable with anything that does not look like a crotch rocket or an HD, so it doesn't win.
Linux outperforms Windows in every measure, but you can't play World of Warcraft on it so it sucks.
et cetera
ad nauseum

I'm glad I embrace my weirdness.

Unfortunately the photos in that article point to theVOG which has either moved or lost them so they don't show up in the article. If anyone has them (Dain?), I can reinsert them to complete the article. Even without the photos, it's still a good read.

...that's why they came out with the Cross-Dressers, just Microsoft did to compete with Apple in the early days with Windows 3.1, WOW! look what happened there... just hope Victory does thrive off of its bugs...
