Posts: 457 Green Bay, WI United States | Was able to get "Twster" out of the garage this afternoon after slipping"Hotrod" a mickey! Put on 265 miles in temps between 52 and 39. Went to show off "Twister" to my buddy who is a H-D owner. He was very impressed with the Vision. He was sitting on the bike to see how it felt, first thing out of his mouth is "good god this seat is warm". I told him to grab the handgrips. He liked the idea they were heated and as for me it helped make my ride today quite enjoyable. Never had this option before but will not be without it again. Will ride until the roads get salted which has happened in the northern part of WI.
Ride hard, ride fast, but above all ride safe.....

Posts: 804 Perry Hall, MD | Having some electrical problems and had to ride home from the dealer today with no charging system (parts ordered). After 90 minute ride in non-insulated gloves and no extra draw on the battery (ie heated grips) my hands were pretty numb. Really makes me appreciate how nice it is to have them - now if I can just turn them on. |

In cold weatherr I carry extra warm gear as a backup in case the heated gear fails. |
