I just got off the phone with Kevinx and he's interested to come out and install some cams somewhere between mid December and January. I have already committed my '11 VV and my friend's new '11 CC. Kevin would like to do four so I need two more bikes. I had him do my '10 and the difference is phenomenal. I've offered up my shop in Huntington Beach. So, do we have any interest out there? As for pricing please contact Kevin directly.

That's great! I spoke with Brie yesterday and she has the cams in stock now. She's just waiting for the carriers which come next week. Don't forget we're half way to Hawaii

I guess I have to re-examine my behavior, my priorities, or something; cause its obvious that you guys are on Santa's "Nice" list.

Being 875th in line to become the Third Earl of Hamberger-Helper; I have way too many relatives to try to kill off, and a very short period of time in which to do so, to make this happen.

Oh well, maybe next time.

I just wanted to write an apology to anyone who might have been interested in this cam party only to find out that it has been delayed. I originally started this thread in order to get cams in my '11 VV and my friend's '11 CC. It took a long time to develop any interest since Kevin needs 4 bikes to make it happen. In the meantime I started looking into the actual job and what is entailed. As time went by I got more and more interested and eventually determined that as an experienced engine builder with a few special tools and a few tricks of the trade I could do it myself. Once I crossed that threshold there was little chance of going back. Just by coincidence when I contacted Kevin to let him know I was out he had just spoken with the fourth guy and was getting closer to putting it together. That means #3 and #4 bikes will ultimately get delayed because of me for which I apologize. I did tell Kevin that he is more than welcome to use my shop in Huntington Beach when he does come to town.

I'll post how it all works out.

Sorry!

I installed cams in my '11 VV and my friend's '11 CC today. Everything went pretty smooth. The power increase is remarkable. It feels like the bikes lost 100 pounds each. Too bad they didn't come from the factory like this. Thanks to Lloydz for making them available.
