Very strange, he never looked to his left. Wonder what had his attention? My experience driving in foreign countries is the traffic is very often congested and full stops are not required. Many drivers simply beep the horn and assume somone will see their intentions. I wont ride in a cab anymore south of the border.....It's terrifying.
