Posts: 179 CARTAGENA Spain | Hi all, I've noticed that when he stepped on the brakes from the battery indicator drops below 14. Does anyone know if this is normal, this happens or someone else has my bike is a 2008 victory vision of a greeting |

If your bike does not start well, or if your headlight is dim then it maybe a battery or charging problem. I hope I'm helping you. |

Posts: 179 CARTAGENA Spain | Not if the regulator will issue just because the battery fully charged and now has no such voltage drop when he stepped on the brake, or perhaps is that the battery is in the past, you who believe varyder |

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | sounds like your issue is gone if I'm reading right, translation is a little tough. So if it was just a short lived problem that is now gone, it may have just been a weak battery. Always keep your battery fully charged, some use a battery tender that will trickle charge when you are not riding. This keeps the battery up all the time so you'll be ready to start. A weak or bad battery can cause other problems in your bike that may need to be fixed if you keep it too long. |

Posts: 215 orrick, mo | I've had the voltage move around on my bike but it has always been that a battery cable has worked loose. I try to remember to check them every couple of weeks now. |

Posts: 258 Akron, Ohio | My 08 voltage will drop at a stop with the brakes on. It normaly runs just over 14 volts on the guage, sitting with the brakes on it drops below 14. Can't remember exactly how far, but it drops. As soon as I hit the throttle, back up to just over 14. |
