A few questions

Are the handlebars solid alluminum?
Can they be tapped to hold a cupholder?

Thanks

Bars are chromed steel. I drilled and tapped the clutch reservoir for a 10mm RAM ball, and attached the cupholder to it. If you have an 09 or new Vision, the clutch and Brake reservoirs are already tapped, the 08 wasn't

Bars are aluminum. I drilled and tapped one side for the cup holder and the other side for a cradle to hold my Blackberry when I want to use it for GPS. Used some blue threadlock on them and have been good to go for 6k so far.

I used a oversized bars version of the Kruzer Kaddy. It bolts on right behind the clutch where the bar is bent. Fits nice and looks good there. I got it at whitehorse. here is the link. http://www.whitehorsegear.com/kruzer-kaddy-cup-holders it was the best add on I have put on the bike. I use it every morning for my coffie.

Thanks for the responses. I bought a Kruzer Caddy the other day. I am trying to come up with a way so that when I take the cupholder off there isnt any or very little hardware left behind. I like what a cup holder does just not the looks of a clamp on my bars when not using.
