Hi Guys,
I know this has been talked about and done some research. But can someone tell me if this two speakers fit in our Visions as front and rear replacement speakers? Want to order from amazon but I want to make sure they both fit with no issues. I don't want to heat fairing just get them in. Would like to just pop them in and go. I know polks are marine safe, but can someone who has the infinity tell me how they are holding up with weather (Rain,Heat) conditions?

Thanks in advance!

I have the polk db521s in my Vision's front fairing. The magnets are tight within the speaker enclosures but they fit. The tweeters (which extend beyond the woofer) fit fine behind the grille.

I have not yet put the rear set in the tour pack enclosures, but they look like they'll fit. It really the magnet width that looks tight.

How much of an improvement did you see if you didn't add an amp Jedi Jeff?

The Polks are definitely clearer and about as loud as the stock spkrs but they benefit from a beefier amp. Something like the Alpine KTP45 would be nice.

I don't have a pic of them install but they look very similar to the inifity's.

I had installed the Polk DXi-525. I did turn it on between installing the speakers and the adding the KTP-445.... Speakers sounded MUCH better by themselves! Adding the amp did not really add to the volume but it did add a lot more depth (deeper bass and crisper highs).
