Anybody have any experience with Victory's CB radio/Communicator. I have reciently had one installed by the dealer and the front plug is dead. My passenger can hear radio through her headset (plug for passenger) but until my plug is working we have to use the ole tap on the shoulder method. I have tried to toggle through the set up and can't seem to get it to work. Looks like a return trip back to the dealer unless someone has had a similar problem that may be in the setup. Thanks.

Check your connections in the trunk and make sure they are all plugged fully in. Mine was cuting out and thats were my dealer found the problem. Works fine after that.

Is it completely dead? Can your wife hear you speak into the intercom, but you can't hear her? If that is the case, be advised that you have to adjust the volume control for each function separately. That is, you have to adjust the volume for the intercom while she is talking, and you have to adjust the volume for the CB while it is receiving, and the stereo volume is separate also. The same button controls all of them, but it is active for whatever function is active at the time. This is true for both your volume and the passenger's volume. It's a really good feature because it lets each person set the volume individually wherever he or she likes it. If it is totally dead, I would guess that a plug was not plugged in during the installation.

Check the connection under the console...My first one had a broken clip that secures the male and female connector together...It could be disconnected there...Just those two possible points...
