Posts: 97 Okeefenokee Swamp | While enroute to Spirit lake, just outside of Spencer Iowa,my rear tire blew out. Tony from Missouri was close behind and pulled over to see what was wrong. He and his wife then garciously located some much needed assistance and sent help back for me.Tony also went to the Victory Plant and told them about my problem.
Victory promptly sent to employees and their personal truck and trailer to fetch me.the guys had a tire on stand by and the tire was replaced right at the rally site.
My special thanks to all who assisted goes out to each and every one.
I would also like to thank Sean of S&S cycles in Spencer. He originaly picked me ,the wife and the bike up and let us stay at his shop while the guys from the plant were on the way.he refused to take any $$ as did the two fellows from the plant.I was amazed at all the help. |

Posts: 111 Salina, KS | No problem Kornbread....just glad we were able to be in the right place, at the right time. I was getting ready to call you when we made it to Arnold's Park when you surprisingly yelled out to me, I couldn't believe they had got your bike taken care of so quickly. It was nice to meet you & your wife....ride safe! |
