Got my bike in March and got my VRA packet and Magazine about mid June. Then I got a second pack this week. I guess two is better than none!

I like the Cross Country that Herschel Walker is riding. I usually don't like yellow, but they did a good job on that one.

That's an outstanding bike. I didn't use to like yellow on a motorcycle, but it's growing on me.

Strokers is top notch all the way, Herschel Walker supposedly never even got to see the bike until the day it was delivered just put his faith in Strokers.I just hope at some point it comes back to Strokers so I can see it in person.

Some of the styling on this bike is definetly not my thing but I can appreciate the quality of work. What I do really like was the motor. I would love for those cylinders and custom valve covers to be on my bike. Of course I would have them say something different than "Hershall Walker". Maybe something like "Harley Killer"

I think so but they also make their own custom frames and choppers. If you have the money I am sure that Rick and his crew will take care for you.

Rick Fairless (Owner) designs alot of custom work. The shop, and Ice House was originally part of the Easyrider enterprise, and big on custom Harleys. Surprised that they did a Victory custom. Always had the feeling that Victory wasn't quite his ideal line. I think that his dealership management really made that call to carry Victory.

By dealership management do you Ricks wife? My wife and I went in early on a Sunday morning and this nice lady was behind the counter.

After a short exchange of words between the women I knew I was in trouble. I felt like I was at a meeting of "Managers Adult Adolescent Husbands" MAAH

Yet no one has said a word about BIGVIC being in the mag with his honey and cool rides. I see he updated his flameage, but it kept bugging me that I recognized that bike and the plate, took me a while to remember (40's don't come easy)! Wow, she's a cutie, oops, meant the wife or the bike, I don't remember again. Anyway, cool bikes and nice flameage and pinstriping, love to get it done, just don't see it happening for a while. To me, it's always cool to see something in print like that, makes him seem like a celebrity or something. Seeing BIGVIC in print was more interesting than Herschel Walker. So, in conclusion, way to go and don't let the prints go to your head, however, I do want my signed one.

Later, folks.

I had to show the wife (the previously mentioned member of "Managers of Adult Adolescent Husbands" the Cruise cruise pictures. We have sailed with Royal Caribbean four times and out fifth trip is in a few weeks.

She said we could make a trip like that in a few years. They went to some of my favorite islands. St Thomas, St Martin are fun...we both love Grand Cayman as well.

It will be fun to Iron Butt the Vision to FL for the trip.

Saw the yellow bananna on the cover.....................ya know to each his own. To me its one of those bikes that you see and you stare at
and say to all your buddies standing around you "dang thats a sweet looking bike" but inside your saying to yourself "glad its not mine".
Yellow is one of the first colors that people are attracted to but also one of the first colors that people tire of. Sorta like Mel Gibson
I think the funniest thing about the cover shot is wouldnt you think Hershel would have been so excited about his $$$ paint scheme, or being on a national magazine that he would have not looked so disgusted........ i mean "come on,,,, cant a brotha shake a smile"......

pollolittle - Thanks for noticing! I was surprised when they contacted me and asked for some pictures. I'm not sure if it was my lovely wife or the fact that I've owned 6 vics through the years. Either way I guess it was my turn to make the magazine.

Anyone besides me find it odd that Hershall Walkers bike is yellow and green? Why would you plaster the bike with Dallas Cowboy stars and paint it the same color as the Green Bay Packers? Besides, blue and silver would have looked much better anyway............just say'in

I find the color selection really strange on that Yellow and Lime bike. Great workmanship to pull it off but even my wife (a long time Redskins fan) asked why it not painted in Cowboys colors.

Nice bikes you have there Big Vic. You two take care.

I was at Strokers this past Saturday and the Herschel Walker bike is in the showroom on display and what a piece of art. Really not sure how long it will be there but it is very nice.

Hey Lojak,
Just give the VRA a quick phone call to make sure that your dealer has registered your bike. I bought my new Vision in May and got my VRA package in 6 weeks. Their phone number is on the Victory website.
Cheers!

Rick is a big fan of Victory bikes. Victory actually gave him a duplicate of that bike because of the good work that he had done on it. A sweet bike!

I did the ETA cruise in 2008 with my kingpin. It was a blast. Here are some pic's from it. If anyone is looking at doing it and has any questions please feel free to pm me.

Nozzledog, you should get a one year VRA membership with your new bike. With that you should get the magazine. If you don't, you should check with the dealer as he is the one that processes the paperwork.
