Help on vendor?

Hey all I seen a place and I cant find it on here again. It's some one who makes the inserts for the cheesewedges on our vision. i know cycleops has full cheese reaplacements but this product allows you to just replace the black part on the cheese wedges (remove the 106CI plaque) Does anyone know who does that?
