I recently picked up the 2010 victory vision, w/ 660 zumo gps, Problem is the sound from the gps only comes out of speakers and not the Head Set "factory".... does anyone know what the problem might be. With the stage one exhaust I can't hear the speakers that good, and with a helmet on it's unaudable...Thanks...

I believe you need to scroll through the mode button and there is an option for speakers/headset.

I know I can hear mine through the headset. VICTORYTCRIDER is probably correct.

Thanks all I tried what you suggested it didn't work. How ever I put it on AUX MODE NAV MP3 and got the sound, however a loud buzzing noise comes with it. Any other ideas, to kill the noise, I'll keep tring. Thanks

I too have the two tone ocean blue, 2010 so so good almost 2,000 miles on it. It appears we have to conplain about the discoloring of the crosover exhaust before they do something about it like put a crome cover on it, says the dealer !

I own a '09 and I recently installed the 660 using the wiring diagram on this site. Sitting in the driveway, it sounded great, running down the road I couldn't hear it at all. I thought there might be an issue with splicing or the pins on the speaker wires, but I didn't have time to fix them before a long trip to Maine. After starting out, I discovered that there really didn't seem to be a problem with the wires after all, it seemed to be an issue with settings.

First, the 660 comes defaulted to like 50% volume, and second, (and not sure why this is) when we had our headsets plugged in, and the external speakers off, the Zumo cuts out the headset(likes its supposed to) and comes over the externals. It was a bit odd, but it worked very well. When I wanted to ride with a halfy and no head set, I noticed the volume of the radio was connected to the volume of the GPS, on the set up I am running it doesn't seem to have it's own audio adjustment in the settings as everything else does. This may not be the case with the 2010s as the gps has a different wiring setup than mine. Overall, I am happy with the switch to the Zumo.... I still can't believe that Vic sells a discontinued unit for 1000.00 and that they haven't come up with a factory way to do what I did in just a couple hours in my garage.

Hello I told you earlier that I heard the gps but with a humming noise, just found out that the noise was because I was in my Garage. Once I took it out the GPS worked great volume control on handle bar and all works perfectly Thanks all 2010 Victory Vision Sand Blue...
