Posts: 92 Princeton, MN | Ok so I have to share this with the group. A friend that rides with me drives a HD ultra...he needed a tire and put on a hitch at the HD dealership nearby today...so while we waited the storms came to STC and Ipulled my Vision under the "bike port" at the service bay where they prep and release new demo bikes for test drives. 9 guys and one gal came for a test drive on new HD cycles while we waited and as they prepared to take the test drive 5 asked if they could take the Vision out for a drive....the sales guy sheepishly told them that it was not for sale....what a hoot! My daughter and I almost popped a gut laughing! |

| A couple of weeks ago I went to an event at the local yamakazuki dealership. my buddy was test riding a bike he subsequently bought. i decided to get some pinstriping while he did the paperwork. pulled the bike onto the show floor to do it. similar experience to viclvr there. the real kicker though was when I got the bill. it read "PINSTRIPING-One Harley Davidson Vision." I guess that was a compliment????????????? |

Posts: 12 Duvall, WA | How about a VV at a BMW Rally? I took mine to the BMW Oregon Rally last week. It had gawkers and info-seekers for 4 days. Took it out on some twisties with the Beemers and they were really impressed that my VV and my friends HD could keep up with them. Although the HD was the butt of endless jokes, no one was poking fun at the VV. They all thought it was really cool, eve the BMW LT riders. |

Posts: 215 orrick, mo | I was at a HD dealers grand opening with the VV and was endlessly answering questions about the bike.
I felt like Victory owed me a pay check as PR man. |

Posts: 204 West Knoxville TN | I was stopped at the Knoxville Biker Rally last weekend by a woman who noticed my Victory T shirt. She wanted to know if I knew anything about the vision as there was one on display there from the local dealer. I took her over and went over the bike with her and she asked me if I worked for Victory. Before we were done we had attracted about 6 Harley people who stood by and watched and asked a couple of questions. Pretty cool. |

Posts: 208 Edmonton Alberta, Canada | Just returned from trip to Grand Canyon, My VV and 4 HD's. Well I visited just about every HD dealer from Montana to Utah. I just sat outside and answered questions about the VV, while the guys were inside buying t-shirts, and chrome thing a mah jigs! One guy has spent over $2000.00 dollars in chrome to get wind off his face and heat off his junk! lol |
