Florida | I've removed the trunk and the ride is definitely different...especially when riding in windy conditions. However, I missed having the trunk to store the helmet when making a stop.
Has anyone installed a helmet lock on the Vision? I looked and one place it might work is under (or on top of) the right tip protector. If under the tip protector, it would be out of sight and provide ample space to lock a helmet or two. If on top of the tip protector, it would be easier to access, but noticeable.
I don't even know if the tip protector can be drilled to accommodate the necessary screws.
