Posts: 92 Princeton, MN | I have S1L2 on my Vision,,,,like the sound and power....sound is a more deep rumble than a more high cackle ,,IMOP,,,I have no complaints,,,,my friend drives a harly ultra and he is jealous of the sound,,,,get on it it sounds great,,at cruise just nice and deep,,,put on the Vic Performance air filter and was noticably more lugging to her....other than that most all is stock ... nothing but good to say! |

Posts: 3006 San Antonio, TX | I also have the S1 L2 Pipes. They are perfect for me since I do not like waking up the neighborhood when I have to leave at 2:00 AM. If I keep it under 2600 rpm the sound is quite tame. If I give it a twist and let it pull me down the road, it has a very nice bark.
The S1 L2 pipes do not cover up the radio and do not cause me any fatigue on longer trips.

Posts: 92 Chandler, AZ | I have S1L2.....definitely not too loud. But, I do get some popping from time to time. From what I've read and heard, that's pretty common, and my understanding is the only way to get rid of it is to install a tuner and really dial it in on a Dyno. |

Posts: 301 Buffalo Grove,Ill | I also have the S1L1 with the gatlin (six shooter) tips. You dont gain much in the power dept but the sound is nice . Quiet enough to hear the radio when cruisin but a great rumble when you get on it. The upgraded pipes also gives you the upgraded air filter. In my case the K&N reusable was put in. Check with your dealer to make sure that is part of the package. |

Posts: 38 NW Jersey | After reading all the comments, I was curious if anyone had just "drilled" a 1/2" hole through the stock muffler baffle? If so what was the result?
This is the best forum ever and glad to be a Victory Rider. Just curious.......... |
