Posts: 154 Cabot Arkansas | In April 2006 I bought a Jackpot that I fell in love with at first ride. I put over 37,000 miles of smiles on(and lot's of dollars) it in less than 3 years, then last April I decided to buy a Vision for more comfort and luggage capicity on our longer trips.Four days after I buy the vision my wife rides it and decides she must have one too she does the logical thing and trades her 08 Kingpin tour in,me I decide to keep the Jackpot for now and sell it later for more than the trade in value as I have over $28,000 in the JP.I put the JP up for sell a few times and get fairly good offers on it and I keep backing out.So I keep riding the Vision and I begin to love it more and more, after a month or so of not riding the JP I decide ok now I can sell it !Guy makes me a GREAT offer and I think well I am gonna ride it one more time and let it go,I ride it on a 200 mile adios voyage and guess what I AIN'T selling it.JP sit's in garage since last November because the Vision is so much more comfortable especially under less than pleasant weather conditions. This week I get another good offer for JP and I decide ok I can finally sell it now.Yesterday was 70 degrees and sunny perfect weather for JP adios ride . I rode a little over 200 miles after work and it was great a totally differrent ride than the Vision. I AIN'T SELLING !Oh well that new Camaro SS can wait one more year that will give Chevy time to get all the bugs out of a new model. |

BTW- bought my Jackpot in April of 06 and only got 27,000 miles.

| Just sell the damn thing. You can only ride one at a time and you can't know either well enough to be safe if you bounce back and forth between them. Let someone else get some enjoyment out of it. Just sayin |

Posts: 249 Montreal, QC Canada | Sorry Teach, I have to disagree this time. I still have my old 82 750 Nighthawk and just can't give it up. I only ride it a few times a year, but it may come in handy one day if I ship the Vision out of town again for more cross country rides. |
