Posts: 575 Spirit Lake IA "Birthplace of Victory Motorcycles" | I'll be following this thread closely. I have reg bulbs up front and 92's on rear behind clear tail lights- 4 reds and two ambers. Mine flash fast, but my cruise no longer works. I was going to put some resistors on to slow the flash and see if that takes care of my cruise. Pls keep us all posted if you have any breakthroughs. |

| How did you put them in. If you put them in series then that won't help. I wired my 10 ohm resistors in parallel and on all 6 rear bulbs. Did not do any leds up front. My cruise worked fine after that and flash is normal. I used the 10ohm wire wound from radio shack. 12 v and say 6ohms on the bulb and 6 ohms on the resistor than in parallel it is 48 watts per bulb and in series it would be 12 watts. I believe the stock bulb was around 30 watts. Hope this helps. |

Posts: 92 Eau Claire WIS. 09 vision | down by the bulb i cut the tail side of the lower two and wired in the res i got from v-leds it said 6ohm did not make a differnce so i put two on each one, no change! so i took them back out and am using 5 leds and one regular bulb in the rear works fine like that.not riding now so not sure about cruz. not sure what you mean by series or parallel..... dave |

| Ok, don't cut the wire and then connect both ends of the resistor to the wire going to the bulb. "Tap" into the positive going to the bulb with one side of the resistor and then take the other side of the resistor to a ground. That is parallel. I use the tap connectors from walmart or harbor freight. Such as these http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2104093 |
