If folks would continue to list their open dealerships with ALL the information typed out instead of just a link, it would be much appreciated. I've discovered through the years that there is nothing worse than being broke down in some strange state with no idea where to find a dealer so this list will be a HUGE help. Thanks folks |

| Donetracey, the only problem I see with the dealer locator is you probably won't have access to the internet on the road, WHEN you need it. Sure you could use this if you were at a hotel and needed to schedule an oil change, BUT I've foun it very handy to have a list in my saddlebag when traveling. Good suggestion/point though. |

It would be nice if our webmasters could make a PERMINENT thread of DEALERS that maybe lives at the top of the FORUM page - that we could access to make changes - sort the list by location - and print the list.
Dream on... I know! Maybe we should send our Webmiesters a private note requesting something like this?

Yellowknife, NT Canada | I emailed Polaris and asked for the current Victory Dealer list. I also asked if we could get a copy of the Garmin software they preload on the Tourtech GPS kits. There must be one newer than the V2.00 listed on my 2720.

New Bohemia, VA | This list is good to have, as well as the Victory card, but for Mike Fedor out of PA he'll tell you that the VMC Rescue Riders Data Base is invaluable. On a Sunday night on a holiday weekend when NO dealers were open he and his girl was able to get help and be on their way without missing a beat by fellow riders. It is worth the $15.00 to be a VMC member and both years I've been a member it has proved its value above and beyond the price of a meal. http://www.thevmc.com sorry for the shameless plug, but we're all in this thing together. |

I too emailed Victory to see if I could get a directory of all their dealers, and as usual, Victory did not answer the question, they just refereed me to their dealer link in their web site. And has been pointed out, you need a computer to access, and some of us do not travel with our computers. Anyway, this was clearly NOT what I was looking for; you would think they would provide a complete list of all their active dealers, as well as an up-loadable file for GPS. But I digress.......
First of all, kudos to all who responded here; its really valuable. Having said that, I am surprised NOT to see a very good dealer who advertises on this site, so I will take this as my opportunity to contribute a little something.

| I might be wrong but if you go to polaris / victory there a place that will tell you all the dealers. I'll say one thing harley is way better taking care of there owners. You get a atlas that shows every dealer they have state by state and listing in back with phone numbers and local map that shows where they are.

I am sorry but I have to take exception to the statement, "dealers come and go overnight" being used as case inpoint with Catlin Custom Cycles. Catlin's in my view, has been the example of the premire Victory dealer for the Eastern Central area of Virginia and maybe the entire Central East Coast for at least the last 5 (five) years. It is true that in the last month they have closed their doors. But, to imply that Catlins was an overnite operation would be an insult and I hope that was just a poor choice of words. |

New Bohemia, VA | BLK08 - not a hit on Catlins at all - the comment is the fact one place called a dealer is opened and another is closed without notice. I was not to saying one dealer opens and closes its doors that quickly, the point is that the list changes constantly, nothing more....sheeesh

New Bohemia, Va | I don't want to start another thread to do this so I think I can post it here. I stopped by Victory of Southern Maryland yesterday and find them to be a top-notch Victory Dealer. They had a great compliment of Visions on the floor, a Midnight Cherry tour premium w/ABS, a Black Lehman Vision Trike, A Ness Vision with all the etching, and an 8-Ball. Sorry, I didn't notice what else was there, though they had a lot of bikes on the floor.

Do people still want a list of the Dealers in the excel format. Certainly I know you can add it at a POI list to your GPS.
