any tricks in removing the instrument panel?

Gainesville Fl Home of the Gators		Open gas, and glovebox doors
Remove panel from base of console
Slide flat tip screwdriver behind gauge cover about 3/4 the way up. pop 1 side then the other loose
Remove 4mm allen from glove box area the secures console
Remove the four 6mm allens that secure the ends of the console
Lift up.

Pay atention to the colors of the wires on the grip warmer switch.
