Posts: 256 Florida | I'm seeking recommendations for guided bike tours in various parts of the country. Ideally, I'd like to be able to ship my bike to some scenic summer destinations and have the tour company setup all the details. Having a "chase" car is also high on my list as it gives you a way to take additional luggage.
I realize that all tour guides are not created equally.
Any recommendations? |

Posts: 235 Evergreen, CO | While badnvegas' excellent writeup and video regarding his 1st Vision ride from SLC to Denver got me hooked on the Vision, knowing he & his wife will be running tours has GOT to be a great experience. While badnvegas looks like he will be running tours mostly from Colorado north, there is another tour company I've heard good things about in my neck of the woods that runs tours from Colorado south and west. The name of the tour company is Turkey Creek Motorcycle Tours, and their website is http://www.turkeycreektours.com/ . For me, riding the Rockies in CO has been just shy of heaven. Once I buy my Vision (hopefully May), I'll be looking for other like-minded Vision riders to tour with...... |
