Posts: 41 Oviedo, FL | Ok, who here has received and installed the new dual exhaust system made by CFR Motorcycles? I have been watching the development of their Vision exhaust system to see if they developed a better approach to a true dual exhaust system that would improve performance and eliminate popping. RPW as you know also has thier version of a true dual exhaust system but from what I have read, it did not improve performance any more than the S1L1 with Lloydz's VFC 3 and intake plate.
Gary, the owner of CFR informed me that the first batch of his exhaust system had been delivered. I heard the sound on youtube and it sounds very impressive. The sound appears to be an enhanced verions of the S1L1 with a deeper note and more throathy rumble from throttle response. |

| I'd be surprized if the true dual improved performance. Being a long time HD owner I know true duals reduce low end with no real gain on top.
Bigwill, they left the crossover under the bike but split the two pipes. So the rear feeds via the crossover section and the front cylinder pushes straight back the right side. I'm thinking the bend to take the rear cylinder out the left side was probably too severe? Or maybe just didn't have the clearance to run the rear cylinder pipe off the left side? |

| I was not aware of a True Dual from RPW. Their web site still has just the 2 in to 1 for the Vision.
I do have their True Duals on my Kingpin though.
No dyno comparison from my Stage One pipes I had on, but a seat of the pants comparison says
the True Duals make a big difference in performance plus they sound great.
