Posts: 153 Newnan, GA | I'm glad you're OK.
Did the tire blow out too?
I feel you pucker factor.
I hit a road gator at 70 MPH on one of my bikes.
It caused $400 damage to the lower and engine cowlings.
Me and the bike went airborne.
BTW, You did a great job to control the bike after you hit the brick.

Glad you beat the odds!! |

On the bright side, it's an excellent opportunity to upgrade to the 09 premium wheels... |

| Yes, the tire went flat instantly. lucky for me there was little traffic and I was able to get off the road quick. I am hoping a new valve stem will fix the tire problem LOL....

Posts: 935 Rockford, IL | Just fyi........your insurance company will cover this under the comprehensive part of your policy. Usually comprehensive is a lower deductible, some policies actually have a zeo $0 comprehensive deductible. But the best part of comprehensive is that there is NO policy change, no loss of any discount, no premium increase...nothing changes. So before you go paying for this out of your pocket I strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company and see what they say.
Oh yea....great job keeping it upright !!! |

| JSP, Glad your outcome was the same as mine. You explained it much better than I did. I am glad neither one of us had to change our underwear.
