Northeast Ohio | I know we are all cheap and in a recession, but you can buy the hard manual (comes with CD with the PDF version) for around $60 from your dealer. I find having the actually book helps when you are working on the bike.

Yellowknife, NT Canada | Do you have the link for the Victory Vision Service manual? They sold me the paper one, but there was no CD. I would prefer to carry the CD version in the laptop on trips..
