Greetings to all,
Things have been busy for me in San Antonio. Haven't even got to go for a ride with the VV gang down here. But, all the overtime and missed rides are now worth it. We close on our place between the 5th and the 10th of November!!!! Picked up 5 acres with a 4 bedroom doublewide. It is on a permanent foundation and has 2500 square feet. There are 2 master bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a study. Full of wood flooring and lots of amenities. The house sits back in the trees in the middle of the property. There is a greenhouse for Momma's green stuff and a huge front porch. Now of course this all pales in comparison to the 25ft. by 40 ft. shop next to the house. It has a 20ft. by 40ft front overhang/carport. All set with 220 VAC and concreted. The overhead door is an industrial roll-up. So, I now have a decent place to house a Vision. After I get done with the shock load of moving, I will start the process of purchasing. Might not be until about March. I want to have a good downpayment ready. Pictures to come soon. So, when Lloyd's gets the cams for 09 and up, I got a place. Will put in a lift by 1st of the year.

No Vision yet. I spent too much money on the house and garage. Maybe in December. If not it will be by about March. Dang house sucked up all my spare change. OH well, the old Venture still runs and looks good. Who knows, might get a fantastic deal on a leftover 2009. I would like the end of year deal, but I won't put myself in debt up to my neck to do it.

JB,

I understand fell the same way about debt. This is a good time to watch finances. See you Friday.
