Ruskin, Fl | I just got back from Daytona. Had a great time, but didn't see one other Vision all weekend. Shook off my hangover Sunday morning and got down to Main Street early. Got a spot right in front of the Dog House. It was amazing, a bazillion bikes and every third person paused to look at the Vision. I love it.

Pitt Meadows, BC Canada | This reminds me - In 2000, I took my 1977 Honda 750P (Police Special - Ex RCMP from BC) to Daytona bike week. It was full dress, white, with dual speedometers, radio pack where passenger seat would be, - all the police stuff (except siren and lights). And I'll tell you - it got MORE attention parked on Main Street than any of the zillion dollar custom bikes got. It was so comical to me, I just laughed and laughed watching folks peering into it's bits and pieces. I think that it got so much attention simply because it was DIFFERENT than all the other bikes. Haven't seen anything like it until I bought the SPCSHP. Now, I just smile - knowingly.... |

Atlanta Area | There where a bunch of us there... 15 sounds about right... Somewhere around 90-100 Vics total. You missed a great time. The drag racing at the Orlando Speedway was WAY too much fun. Look for my drag racing post for a link to some vids... |
