San Jose, CA | Got all this stuff from GPSCity over time. Most recently I ordered the two cup holders, two M10 threaded ram balls for the 09 and also a male threaded camera holder for when I want to take video.

If you have the 09 or later the above is all you need to have a working drink holder.
Also, google GPScity coupon and you will find a 10% code off. That would make it $29 plus shipping (about $6-$8 depending on method) no tax. I got mine one biz day later but they are in NV and I'm in CA. $35 for everything you need to have a cup holder sure beats the dealer price!
