Got the cams, intake, VFCIII, exhaust, etc. My problem is lack of other problems i.e. traction problems, overtorquing the clutch, etc. It's like crack. I got a taste and NEED more. I want to be able to break the tire loose with a quick hammer on the throttle. All the little chrome do-dads and danglies don't do it for me. They look nice but at the end of the day it's the same bike running the same way. They're fun but not near as good as another 10 or 50 hp would be! Not sure where to go next. Maybe punching out the cylinders? Not sure. Any suggestions, other than "why do you want more power on a cruiser?", "why not just buy a crotch rocket?", "who needs to go that fast?"(I DO!)? It's honestly not about having the fastest luxury bike in town (I already got that in my neck of the woods). I'm not trying to break any records or carry bragging rights to my grave. It's just so damn fun to have more power and still be comfortable!

NOW YOU'RE TALKIN'! I don't think it would be resonably possible to get this thing adapted to our integrated frame intake :-( But seriously, for only $2500 I would do it! This is good stuff.

bigwill, you need to call Lloydz. There is a 114 cu in kit, saw it dyno'd at the AVR, motor was in a Hammer. It also was on the bottle, very high hp. Talk to Lloyd.

S&S does the 114 kit with the high lift springs for the 495 cam.

Bigwill,
I feel your pain. I tried to Go Big on my Vision with Lloyds help but had some issues with the front piston.
I have heard that the S&S kit is also having issues.
Hopefully they will figure it out soon and we can have some fun with bigger toys.
When the bike was at 110 she was dam strong. Can't wait to go back there or maybe even bigger.

Kevin X: NITROUS? Are you serious? I'm a little intimidated about putting a bottle on my bike. What will the Harley guys think of me then? LOL But seriously, I've heard spraying isn't as bad for an engine as most think (if done properly). I don't personally know anyone running the stuff but it's supposed to be a blast! PS, on a side note replacing my baffles on the Lvl2. pipes made a noticable difference. Thanks for the advice. It's quieter than I like but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Especially when you're not trying to report your HP gains to everyone within earshot. For some reason everyone seems to associate power with loudness. Guess they've never had a Wing haul ass past them on the freeway.

#57: I'm with you, I heard/read there were problems with punching out the cylinders on the Vision as well. I have no idea what the actual problem(s) is but it is kinda disappointing.

So far what I'm entertaining is a drop to the 31 tooth pulley up front. Now this Nitrous thing is interesting though too. Lloydz has us covered in that area as well... http://lloydz.com/noz.shtml

Done right there is no worries with NOS. The motors on these bikes just don't care. A conservative 20Shot will put the smile back on your face, and won't empty your wallet every time you want to play

Seriously, break the rear tire lose on a 900lb touring bike? You, my friend, need another motorcycle. Might I suggest some of the following as I am looking at them too?

Suzuki Hayabusa, BMW 1000 RR, Yamaha VMax or a KTM SuperDuke R (not the fastest, but it sure sounds nice with Akrapovic exhaust).

Yes "seriously break the tire loose on a 900lb bike". ScoreBo: Thank you for the advice but I have seriously contemplated a GSXR/crotch rocket and decided against it because:
1. If I have a bike that will do 186MPH, I will try to take it to 187MPH
2. I don't like that crowd
3. They're uncomfortable for my fat a$$
4. I have too many toys in the shop as it is and feel another will just collect dust.
5. I don't wanna have to go home to get another toy out when I feel like riding hard.
6. I don't want to advertise that I'm trying to dominate the streets around the "good ol' boy" cops
7. I wanna stay focused on the Vision since it is unique.
8. All the above plus I'll be out about another $16K + more accessories (who leaves well enough alone?).
So here goes: Lloydz kit for the bagger specifically states that it is "not for the Victory Vision". Guess I'm outta luck there. I'll find some more generic NOS applications and keep the pulley stock. Thanks again for all the great advice. I have a lot of learning to do so I guess I better get started.

I wouldn't give up on Lloyd, S&S and others on the displacement issue.
Sooner or later, hopefully sooner, they will figure it out.
Just going to a 110" for a short time, the difference was f***ing incredible.
Once they figure the problems out, hold on to your ass, cause these bikes will really fly.

Not going to give up at all. I'll just be patient and see how things pan out. For now I'll play with other alternatives. I can't wait to see what the first reliable stroke kit for the 106'' turns out like. This is exactly why I was excited to see them put the 106'' in other frames. More following=more aftermarket parts.

I have gotten used to the cam worked Vision now....I want more power as well. Our cam Visions are about equal to a stage 1 100 CI stock Vic in a race.....Fast, but not real fast. Faster than Harleys, but so what....If Lloyd comes up with more grunt, I may have to get it done....Our Visions are just freking huge, and that presents a problem with just "great" power. We need obnoxious power to run "great".

Well, here is what I have found out if you are interested in a little NOS. I studied up on the various systems enough to figure out I wanted a dry shot system. Lloydz has them on his site but they specify "not for vision" on the "bagger'' system. I emailed Lloyd and he soon responded that he's done this with a few Visions and he'd put together a kit for about $450.00, which IMO is a kick-ass price (I already have the VFCIII, so that's part of the equation I don't have to worry about). I have to get back home from work this week and do a little bit of research to see if I have the correct VFCIII version wiring (a second white wire on the Right harness). If so, then I'm good to go. He included a dyno sheet with a setup like ours with the VM1 cams, VFCIII controllers, etc Vs. same bike with spray... Just over 140Ftlbs and 127HP! This is now the direction I am going. I'd post the dyno sheet but I am unable to upload from my work computer due to I.T. having us clamped down tight.

They're not modified. I was referring to a recommendation that Kevin made after he installed my cams. I had removed my baffles for awhile and replaced them after my cams were installed due to the engines need for some restriction to aid torque development. Sorry to mislead you.

Making good progress with Lloyd. He's building me a "NOZ" kit for Jane. Here is a dyno cutsheet he sent with the same bike sporting the Camz, intake, etc and then a pull on Nitrous. I'm very excited to install this! I need to find a dyno to do some tuning...
I'm having problems embedding the image on Vision Riders tonight so here is the link: http://www.vision-riders.com/bb/photos/show-album.asp?albumid=327&p...
