We have been waiting on a report from "Teach" but he is probably out riding...

I am looking for info on this tire and am sure I can find it on a GW site.  Yeah I along with most of you have been happy with the EIII but we will always look for alternatives.

If you have knowledge of this tires pros and cons on a larger touring bike then chime in...

I almost thought about the 200 series tire that is in this line up along with the 70 series that may make my speedo almost correct. the 70 series has a bit more roll out...  "Diameter" . the 200 series has a higher laod rating too...

A Kingpin site has mentioned the Cobra having cracking problems, but they have stood behind the tire and probably fixed the problem.
The 200 series has a fitment of 5.50" to 6.25". The Vision has a 5.00" wide rear rim. This most of the time is not a problem, but it might cause wobble at high speeds.

JSP, I love them. They stick like glue, feel a lot better than the Dunlops on all types of road junk (checkering, grating, tar snakes) and no ridge in the center of the front tire. If there is one down side to them it would be that at EXTREMELY slow speed like just before a stop you can feel the tread pattern ever so slightly. I much prefer this tire so far (3k miles) and nothing to report in bad manners or wear.
Ok there is one bad thing about them; the chicken strips are so far over on the sidewall that to get to that mark you'd have had to drag the rollovers off the bike first, lol.... Great tire.
