Posts: 294 rhode island | a new government plan aimed at speeders using new laser and camera equipment with the sole purpose of fleecing the motoring public to balance their budget. the govenor had the gall to say this is what she has in mind for people motoring thru her state.on a side note, anyone know if the new noise ordinance in denver is law yet? heard its stock mufflers only, this would be a very bad precident. freedom isnt free, remember squeaky wheels get the grease, make some noise and bother some of these buggers that are trying to stomp on your freedoms |

Posts: 175 Colorado | Perry the Noise ordinance in Denver is in force.....to the tune of 500.00 bucks for the infraction.
Watch warren for a complete description http://player.broadbandvideo.com/VideoPlayer.asp?Station=cr9&Id=338...
I don't think Denver was the first as Topeka KS, Omaha, NE and Colorado Springs, Colorado all have similar laws....I think Denver might be the most stringent and can be enforced at any RPM
