Okotoks,Alberta | I have a 2009 Tour Premium - whenever I start out, the HID flickers as I go up thru the gears then stabilizes. Any ideas on what might cause this? | |

Western WA | You've checked the connection on the back of the HID by removing the air filter?
No filaments on the HID, so it can't be a weak one.
Does it flicker on any bumps, or during acceleration? | |

Kincardine, Ontario, Canada | I had a similar problem, it was the plugs on the back of the rocker switches on the console, they were all loose. There is no locking tab to secure them, only relying on the friction fit. I squeezed the female section tighter together, then I used Velcro to keep the plugs in place. No more issue
I also had the wires for the throttle cable cruise control safety switch fall off. | |
