Posts: 1158 Richmond, Virginia | Ok, so you all know how much I love the chrome but this one stumped me.
I got a call from my dealer who took the liberty of ordering me some chrome pieces that he knew
I would want. So i got home from work to the following phone message.
"hey man, its Jeremy, i got something for you that i know you want for the Vision. I got you a set of CHROME NUT COVERS" We will bring them friday night when we see ya for dinner".
Ok, now im thinking, i got the gloves, the full face helmet, the jacket with body armour, the boots, now i gotta wear a set of nut covers...? how much hotter is it gonna be riding in the summer with this thing on. I mean, while i appreciate that protecting the nuts is important, how come they had to be chrome, cant mesh or cotton be just as good but cooler?
So as if that wasnt confusing enough, when we met for Friday nights dinner about 6 of us riders, he hands me a bag and said "here are your nut covers DONT PUT THEM ON WHILE ITS HOT................" so im thinking, ok now i gotta stand in a shower and cool everything down??
then i lost it when he said i needed a 12mm allen wrench....... ok long story short,
the twin nut covers look awesome, makes the twin look more polished not to mention the head,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, oh wait that didnt sound right.................. .. never mind......
